Logging in to your Sissoo platform & tools as a practitioner

This article is designed for practitioners and summarises how to access your various Sissoo platforms & tools:

  1. Store Manager
  2. Help Centre
  3. Practitioner Community
  4. Zoom

 

Store Manager

  • If you're not already logged in: 

On the Sissoo homepage, click on the round avatar in the top right corner:

Then click on Microsoft icon:

Finally, you can log in with your Sissoo credentials (your sissoo.com email address and the password you created during your onboarding call).

  • If you are already logged in: 

On the Sissoo homepage, click on the round avatar in the top right corner:

If you are not automatically directed to your Store Manager, you will then access your customer account. In that case, click here on "Store Manager":

Help Centre

You can access the Help Centre with this link or directly from your Store Manager. To do so, click on the book icon on the Store Manager's top right corner:

If it's your first time on the Help Centre, you may need to log in once more using your Sissoo credentials. Click on the profile image free avatar button on the top right corner of the page and then enter your credentials (your sissoo.com email address and the password you created during your onboarding call). If you're already logged in, you should your profile image as the avatar instead.

Only once logged in can you proceed to the next step.

Scroll down the page and click on the section called "Practitioners":

All the articles designed to guide you through your Store Manager are in the subsection called "Managing your Store". You can also find the information you're looking for by typing your question / keywords in the search bar located on the Help Center homepage.

Practitioner Community

You can access the Community with this link or directly from your Store Manager. To do so, click on the three people icon on the Store Manager's top right corner:

If it's your first time on the Community, you will need to log in using your Sissoo credentials. Click on the "Sign In" button on the top right corner of the page and then enter your credentials (your sissoo.com email address and the password you created during your onboarding call). If you're already logged in, you should see a round avatar instead of the "Sign In" button.

Zoom

Sign in to your Sissoo Zoom account using this link: https://spiritualme-life.zoom.us. Click on "Sign in", and use your Sissoo credentials (your sissoo.com email address and the password you created during your onboarding call).

To manage your online appointments more easily, we really advise you to download the Zoom app on your computer or tablet. To log in to your Sissoo Zoom account in the app:

  • Click on "Sign In".

  • Select "SSO

  • If you followed the first step "Sign in to your Sissoo Zoom account using this link: https://spiritualme-life.zoom.us", you should be logged in the app automatically. If that's not the case, you should see this screen:

  • Enter "Spiritualme-life" in the field as shown in the picture above.

  • Finally, enter your Sissoo credentials (your sissoo.com email address and the password you created during your onboarding call).
