Logging in to your Sissoo platform & tools as a practitioner

This article is designed for practitioners and summarises how to access your various Sissoo platforms & tools:

1. Store Manager
2. Help Centre
3. Practitioner Community
4. Zoom

Store Manager

If you're not already logged in:

1. Go to sissoo.com/my-account. You can also click the round avatar at the top right of any Sissoo page.
2. Scroll down to Are you a Sissoo practitioner? at the bottom of the sign-in box and click Practitioner Logon (circled in red below). Always use this button, not the "Username or email address" and "Password" boxes above it.

3. On the Microsoft sign-in screen, enter your Sissoo ID (your @sissoo.com email address, for example name@sissoo.com, not your personal email), then your Sissoo password.

Note: If you have forgotten your Sissoo ID or password, go to sissoo.com/my-account and click Forgot your Sissoo ID or password? right under the Practitioner Logon button. Enter your Sissoo ID or your personal email address, and we will email your Sissoo ID and a reset link to your personal email address. If you still need help, please contact us by using the Support Chatbot on this page, emailing support@sissoo.com or reaching out to us HERE.

• If you are already logged in: 

On the Sissoo homepage, click on the round avatar in the top right corner:

If you are not automatically directed to your Store Manager, you will then access your customer account. In that case, click here on "Store Manager":

Help Centre

1. Open the Help Centre with this link, or click the book icon at the top right of your Store Manager:
   
2. Click the round sign-in icon at the top right of the Help Centre (circled in red below):
   
3. Your Sissoo sign-in page opens. Click Practitioner Logon and sign in with your Sissoo ID, the same way as for your Store Manager (see above).
4. You come back to the same Help Centre page, signed in. If you are already signed in on sissoo.com, this happens straight away.
5. Scroll down the Help Centre home page and click Practitioners to see all the guides for practitioners:
   

Tip: you can also type your question in the search box on the Help Centre home page.

Practitioner Community

Open the Community with this link, or click the three people icon at the top right of your Store Manager:

Sign in the same way as for the Help Centre (see above). You come back to the Community, signed in.

Zoom

Sign in to your Sissoo Zoom account using this link: https://spiritualme-life.zoom.us. Click on "Sign in", and use your Sissoo credentials (your sissoo.com email address and the password you created during your onboarding call).

To manage your online appointments more easily, we really advise you to download the Zoom app on your computer or tablet. To log in to your Sissoo Zoom account in the app:

• Click on "Sign In".

• Select "SSO" 

• If you followed the first step "Sign in to your Sissoo Zoom account using this link: https://spiritualme-life.zoom.us", you should be logged in the app automatically. If that's not the case, you should see this screen:

• Enter "Spiritualme-life" in the field as shown in the picture above.

• Finally, enter your Sissoo credentials (your sissoo.com email address and the password you created during your onboarding call).
