Will I get my money back if I cancel?

If you cancel in time, you get the session price back. The Sissoo booking fee is not refunded.

If you cancel later than the practitioner's cancellation time, their policy decides. You'll find it on the session page.

You don't need to ask: once you've cancelled, we refund it to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within 5–10 working days.
