Feldenkrais
The Feldenkrais Method is a type of exercise therapy devised by Israeli Moshé Feldenkrais during the mid-20th century. This movement therapy method can help to reorganise connections between the brain and body and so improve body movement and psychological state. Unlike with yoga, the Feldenkrais Method does not require you to be flexible, nor does it involve stretching or holding any positions. It also does not involve any practice to perfect positions. The method promotes enhancement of a persona awareness to reconnect to dormant areas of the self and so encourages expansive and more graceful motions, utilising the nervous system's own ability to create change and improve movement.
