Art/Colour Therapy

Art and colour therapy is a creative session in which you draw, paint or work with colour, then talk about what you made with the therapist. You don’t need any artistic skill. Some practitioners also explore which colours you are drawn to, as a starting point for conversation about how you feel. There is limited evidence it may help some people with low mood or worry: see “Art and colour therapy: what the research says”.
