NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)
The discipline of NLP was developed in the early 70’s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. It was born out of a simple yet profound question “What makes the difference between someone who is competent at a skill and someone who is excellent”. NLP can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the way you think and behave. It is a wide ranging, expanding and developing toolset that allows you to tread with confidence in any area that involves complexity, ambiguity or mess – be it within the realm of human relationships, business, or problem solving at any level. NLP includes linguistic models that reveal the hidden patterns within communication and how to respond with influence, persuasiveness, eloquence and insight. It draws on elements of Linguistics, Logic, Psychology, Sociology and Hypnosis. What NLP gives you is a very powerful set of ideas, models and tools that will let you meet and succeed in a wider variety of contexts and situations.
